The ERB Safety Women's Class 2 High-Vis Soft Shell Jacket (W651) features three fused fabric layers, a soft outer shell, a weather resistant middle, and a warm brushed fleece interior. The W651 is breathable, water/wind resistant and features a contoured waistband for a more feminine fit. The black bottom hides dirt and grime. There are two zipped slash pockets, a drawstring hem with cord stopper, adjustable cuffs, and a zipper closure with tunnel collar. Conforms to ANSI/ISEA 107 Standard.

Good but smallish
I wanted a jacket that was NOT a bomber style and was hoping this would do the job. I love everything about it but the fit. I normally wear a 2X but ordered a 3X because I wanted to wear layers under it during the winter. Unfortunately, the 3X fits as if it is a smallish 2X so beware, their sizes run small
